Shipping Times

We offer fast shipping across India. Here's what you can expect:

  • Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4-5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 5-6 business days. Please note, an additional day is required for order verification via call or message before dispatch.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with all details.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders typically dispatch within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your order's progress.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • COD Orders: An additional fee may apply for COD orders to cover verification and handling costs.

Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. StyleSurat is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If unavailable, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Order Verification for COD Orders

  • Mandatory Verification: For all COD orders, phone or message verification is required before dispatching. This step ensures order authenticity and prevents fraudulent activities.
  • Contacting You: Our team will contact you within 24 hours after placing a COD order. If unreachable within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

International Shipping

Currently, we don't offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

Delays and Exceptions

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Delays may occur in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or logistical challenges. We'll do our best to notify you of any delays.
  • Pincode Restrictions: Delivery services may be restricted in some areas. If we cannot deliver to your pincode, we'll inform you and work towards an alternative solution.
